Future Automation is passionate about our commitment to the next generation, and supporting pathways into the engineering, manufacturing and AV industries.
As a member of The 5% Club, an industry led initiative focused on driving momentum into the recruitment of apprentices, graduates and sponsored students,
we have pledged to having a minimum 5% of our workforce enrolled on formalised apprentice, sponsored student and/or graduate development schemes.

The geographic location of our largest site has allowed us to build an active partnership with our local college, who we support with the annual provision of work experience, extended placements and entry-level roles. Bedford College offer a wide range of engineering courses designed to equip students with a broad case of engineering skills, as well as knowledge and experience of the sector. In addition, Bedford College have a wide variety of further study options, should existing staff seek to continue their learning whilst working at the company.
